Two fit-outs, worked through as decision lists.
A fit-out is not a furniture order. It is a sequence, and the pieces that arrive last are the ones that decide whether the doors open on the date on the lease.

How to read these pages
- Each page follows the same shape: the zones of the space, the four decisions that change the order, one comparison table, and the checks to make before anything is signed.
- Nothing on either page is a price, and nothing is a lead time in days. Both belong to a quotation that names the model and the destination.
- Where a figure belongs to your room, the page says so and tells you who measures it. That is the only honest way to publish a fit-out guide.
