Questions that arrive before the first quote.
Eight answers about price, samples, minimums and fit-outs. Where the answer depends on the model or the market, the page says so instead of inventing a number.
Why is there no price on the site?
Because a made to order piece is quoted from a drawing, and the drawing changes with the room. A published price would be wrong for most orders and would mislead a budget more than it helped.
Do you sell to a single salon, or only to projects?
Both. A single station order and a full fit-out are quoted the same way: the model, the options, the drawing questions and the documents for the market.
Can a build be made to a different size?
Yes, and that is what moves an order from a finished piece into a drawn one. The drawing carries the size, and the size is measured rather than chosen.
What does a sample cover?
The finish and the edge, in the hand, under the light of the room. It is the only reliable way to check a veneer, a laminate or a painted front before a batch is made.
Which markets are served?
North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia are the common destinations. The document pack and the plug or voltage detail follow the destination, so it is worth naming it in the first email.
What happens if the room is not ready when the order is?
Say so before production is confirmed. Storage, a staged delivery and a later production slot are all conversations to have at the quotation stage rather than after the packing is done.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the build and the finish. A finished piece and a drawn piece have different minimums, and a non standard finish has its own. The answer comes with the quotation, per line item.
Can one supplier cover the whole fit-out?
The five lines on this site cover the furniture. Plumbing, electrical work, flooring and joinery on site are separate trades, and the fit-out pages say which decision belongs to whom.
Where the detail lives
Each line page carries the same four blocks, which is where most questions are answered before they are asked.
Still stuck on a number?
Send the room and the use. The reply names the build and the questions a drawing has to answer.
